is a recognized master whose name has been synonymous with celebratory extravaganzas, get-togethers, benefits, and soirees since 1981. Headquartered in Austin, TX, she has traveled afar to cater, design, and stage spectacular events. The result is a track record of pleasing the biggest names and companies in the world – instant and incredible credibility.

In addition to producing storybook weddings throughout the United States, Hentrich has planned a wide range of memorable events. She has been behind special events such as former Texas Governor Mark White’s inaugural lunch on the Capitol grounds, Willie Nelson’s 60th birthday party, a Vegas party for Siegfried and Roy, and a premier party for the Broadway opening of “The Three Musketeers.” Weddings have run from intimate affairs at private homes to the wedding of actor Tommy Lee Jones at the Driskill Hotel in Austin.

Victoria brings a rare combination of abilities; not only is an accomplished caterer, designer, and planner, she also conceptualizes events and brings them to life and assures they are always unforgettable.

Jennifer Hentrich

has been in the special event industry as long as she can remember. Working alongside her mother, she acquired invaluable experience and knowledge, and has helped Victoria design and produce exquisite events not only in Texas, but across the nation and the globe. From working as the Director of Catering in Charge of Weddings and Social Events at the world-renowned Chatham Bars Inn Resort on Cape Cod, to taking the lead for a Creative Consultants planned fairy-tale wedding in an ancient Abbey in Shannon, Ireland, Jennifer knows how to combine creativity with organization to create memorable celebrations.
